glands. When you say back acne, they come in various forms: black heads, white heads, cysts, lesions, or pustules, all of which causing not only pain but also a sight most people don't want to happen. But with the right ideas on how to get rid of back acne, you will not have to think too much about how these body "issues" anymore.

But there's hope! There are some acne helps that stay the same no matter how many new ideas make their way to the marketplace. Here are three acne solutions that can help you find the one that's right for you.

1. Benzoyl Peroxide: This has worked for me in some form or another for a long time. In fact, it's one of the most recommended products for most acne sufferers. Benzoyl peroxide can come in 2%, 2.5%, 5%, and 10% strengths. More are probably available, but these are the most popular. In the beginning, the one that worked best for me was the 10% kind, and I still recommend it for heavy acne. However, I've worked down to a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution.

Use a Loofah. Since your back is a hard to reach area, the use of a loofah is very helpful. Loofah can actually make a good exfoliating scrub when you are taking a shower. When regularly done, you are getting rid of your dead skin cells, thus minimizing your chances of further developing acne. However, make sure to avoid scrubbing the affected areas roughly. This is to avoid inflammation and further irritation.

3. Salicylic Acid: Although you shouldn't use salicylic acid on your face (at least not in high amounts), it is great for your chest and back. There are sprays available at places such as Clinique that both girls and guys can use to control body acne. It's usually not too high-priced, and it lasts a long time.
